Greek Yogurt Power Bowl Recipe
1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana sliced, 3 strawberries sliced, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 Tbsp Natural peanut butter, 1 tsp honey (optional) You can also add 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder to up the protein to 45 g.
