Many people associate Pilates primarily with mat work or reformer exercises, however the Cadillac reveals the true depth and intensity of the method. This apparatus offers a far more powerful strength-training experience. We use this apparatus to challenge both men and women, with exercises like the hanging pull-up designed to build upper body strength, control, and endurance. Clients can often complete 10 to 20 repetitions and finish with a remarkable stretch that leaves the body feeling both strong and restored.

Greek Yogurt Power Bowl Recipe

1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana sliced, 3 strawberries sliced, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 Tbsp Natural peanut butter, 1 tsp honey (optional) You can also add 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder to up the protein to 45 g.
