§ I — Classes & Rates
Seven ways into the work. Pricing, transparently.
All sessions and classes are taught at the studio at 3400 Salterbeck Street. Drop-in rates and ten-pack rates are listed. Twenty-four hour cancellation. New clients begin with three private sessions; speak with us before booking your first.

Private Session
One instructor, one student. Fully tailored — every spring, every cue, every progression chosen for you.

Duet
Bring a partner. The pace and care of a private — shared. Common for spouses, mothers and daughters, dedicated friends.

Group Reformer
Small-group flow on the Reformer with mat integration. Three private sessions are required before joining; we want you confident.

Group Tower
The Tower is the studio's most underrated apparatus — strength and stretch, vertical and lengthening. Mat experience required.

Wunda Chair
A small piece of equipment that demands the entire body. Padded seat, strong springs, total recruitment.

Mat with Props
The classical sequence as Joseph Pilates wrote it — sharpened with rings, balls, and rollers. The most accessible entry to the work.

H.I.I.T.
Pilates fundamentals interrupted by bouts of jumping. Pulse without impact. For days you want to sweat without leaving the work.
The fine print, in plain language.
- Cancellation
- Twenty-four hours' notice cancels without charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session — the spring is set, the time is reserved.
- First-time clients
- Begin with three private sessions before joining a group class. We need to learn your body; you need to learn the vocabulary.
- Payment
- Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. Credit cards accepted with a small processing fee. Ten-packs do not expire.
- Classes
- Group classes run with a minimum of two students. Below that we will offer a private at the same time, or rebook you.
- Holidays
- The studio closes on federal holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year's. Schedules are published a month ahead.
