Studio News: Dolly Day + Four New Classes on the Schedule

A Quick Look at What We Accomplished Together

Every week I sit down and look at the numbers behind the scenes, and every week I feel genuinely grateful for this community. Over the last 28 days, we completed 397 sessions together. That is not a small thing. That is 397 moments where you chose yourself, showed up, and did the work. Thank you for that.

We welcomed 87 returning clients through our doors during that same window, which tells me something I already believe: once people find a place that feels right, they keep coming back. Group Reformer continues to be the heartbeat of our schedule with 217 bookings, followed by Group Mat/Tower at 105 and Private sessions at 55. Duet classes and our Group H.I.I.T. class round out the mix, and I love seeing clients explore different formats as their fitness evolves.

On the milestone front, I want to celebrate the fact that 22 of you have crossed the 10-session mark and 9 of you have reached 30 sessions. Milestones like these matter because consistency is where real, visible results live. If you are one of these clients, please know that your dedication does not go unnoticed by any of us on the team.

Dolly Day Is Coming and We Are Here for It

Yes, we are doing a Dolly Day here at Lowcountry Power Pilates, and yes, it is going to be exactly as joyful as it sounds. Details are being finalized and I will share everything you need to know very soon, but go ahead and mark your calendars and plan to wear something fabulous. This community deserves a reason to celebrate, and Dolly Parton is a perfectly excellent reason.

Our studio has always been about more than just the physical work. It is about showing up for each other, laughing together, and building something that feels more like a family than a fitness club. Dolly Day is a natural extension of that spirit. Stay tuned to your inbox and our social pages for the full announcement.

Four New Classes Are Joining the Schedule

I am so excited to share that four new classes are being added to our schedule. I will be releasing the full details, including days, times, and which of our wonderful instructors will be leading each one, in the coming days. Catherine, Emily, Jill, Joanelle, Joyce, Kelly, and Wendy are all incredible, and this expansion gives more of you access to the formats and time slots that fit your life.

If you have been on a waitlist, trying to fit a session into a packed Tuesday, or wishing there were more options on a particular day, this news is for you. Adding new classes is something I take seriously because I want every client to be able to build a consistent practice without scheduling gymnastics. More options means more of you can show up regularly, and regular movement is where the magic happens.

As we grow the schedule, I want to remind you that our instructors are here to meet you where you are. Whether you are brand new, managing an injury, or pushing toward a new personal goal, there is a class format and a session type designed for your body and your season of life. Do not hesitate to reach out if you want help choosing the right fit.

Why Consistency Beats Intensity Every Time

I talk about this a lot, and I make no apology for it, because it is simply true. The clients in this studio who see the most meaningful, lasting changes in how they feel, how they move, and how they carry themselves are not the ones who push hardest on any single day. They are the ones who come back, week after week, and do the work with intention.

Pilates is a practice built on layers. Each session builds on the one before it. Your nervous system learns. Your stabilizing muscles develop. Your posture shifts. Your balance improves. None of that happens in a single visit, and all of it happens naturally when you stay consistent. The 30-session milestone clients in our community are living proof of this.

If life has pulled you away from your routine recently, this is your gentle, warm nudge to come back. No judgment, no catching up required. Just show up, and let us meet you exactly where you are. That is why I have built this place and this community for- each other!
