That idea stayed with me, and recently was struck by how privileged I am to move safely, injuries and all, and to focus my enjoyment on being fit and healthy for six decades. To many, that might sound like an impressive accomplishment. To me, it feels like obedience to Christ. Our bodies are our temple, and I see caring for mine as an act of worship to God. Glorifying God in how I move the body He blessed me with, rest and steward mine and others towards health.
