Most Pilates Apparatus sessions begin with a warm-up on the Pilates Reformer. This is a resistance-based machine that allows you to work hard, stretching and lengthening while also minimizing joint work. This is why it’s perfect for beginners as well as advanced fitness enthusiasts. In fact, many Baby Boomers and seniors also find the workout to be less invasive and allows them to work on flexibility and strength without impact.
