Stretch it Out! We have a series of exercises we perform in the studio with the Theraband, but none can be as important as our band stretches. It’s important to stay limber, improve flexibility and simply stretch your muscles after a vigorous workout. Here are three wonderful stretches you can perform brought to you by Joyce. We’ve included detailed instructions and pictures to help you through these exercises.

Recipe: Grilled Veggie Basket

Vegetable Time! Take whatever veggies you want to grill, like cauliflower, broccoli, red onions, peppers, corn, mushrooms, squash to name a few. Spray Pam in grill basket & fill with your vegetable choices. Make sure you place onions on top. Sprinkle with Salt, pepper, basil, garlic power or salt. Cover it with aluminum foil and grill on BBQ grill or you can bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and then turn oven off. Let it stay warm in the oven until you’re ready to eat.
