I have been having a blast teaching some Pilates mat classes at Athleta Mount Pleasant in Town Centre. If you haven’t made it yet, the good news is that I have two more on the schedule for June (and maybe more after).
Everyone has loved their fitness space and shopping before or after the class. All you have to do is grab a mat (or buy one there!!) and tell a friend… we’ll see you at Athleta in June!
